You may also provide feedback, comments and suggestions by voluntarily participating in surveys and/or answering questions sent via e-mail or from the Website. In this case, in order to provide other users with real testimonials about service experiences, you accept and agree that all the opinions you send us may be published on the Website and/or Social Networks. In such case, you may be identified with full name and/or nickname, photo, comment and nationality. By providing us with your opinion, or uploading actual photos through the Website, you irrevocably assign to The Agency all ownership rights to such photos and opinions.

We contact you for customer service purposes, to conduct surveys, statistics or analysis on consumer habits or preferences, to notify you by email of special offers and travel-related products and services that may be of interest to you unless you do not wish us to do so.

In order to offer better services and provide its users with information related to their preferences, The Agency may also develop internal studies on the interests, behaviors and demographics of users, to better understand their needs and interests, improve our commercial and promotional initiatives, customize its content, presentation and services, display advertising or promotions, banners, of interest to our users.

With whom do we share the information we collect?

You consent that The Agency may share the relevant Personal Data of its users with suppliers for the management of your reservations and/or purchase requests, such as airlines, hotels, tourism companies that provide services at destination, car rental companies, wholesalers, and other suppliers of products and services that you contract through our Website and/or our Application. Likewise, you agree to share your Personal Data with suppliers that provide services to The Agency. Please note that in the event that you freely and voluntarily, on your own initiative, provide information directly to service providers, such service providers will collect, process and retain this information in accordance with their own privacy policies. The Agency is not responsible for the misuse of Personal Data by third party companies outside of the website or application.

Where do we store and how do we protect the information we collect?

All Personal Information is collected and stored on servers physically located in Chile. The Agency may relocate these servers to any other country in the future and may store Personal Information in Chile or in other countries for backup purposes. You unequivocally consent to the transfer of your Personal Data to the Agency.     THE AGENCY MAY transfer your data to any country in the world. In any case, The Agency undertakes to guarantee compliance with the legally required standards for the protection and safeguarding of your Personal Data, by signing agreements or conventions whose purpose is the privacy of your personal data. Personal Data will be treated with the degree of protection legally required to guarantee their security and prevent their loss, loss, treatment or unauthorized access.
