Reservation policies: 

 

Our clients must book at least 24 hours in advance. Condition for day services in reservations on the Anclatourchile website. Except Magdalena Island experience and Balloon with vineyard that must be booked at least 25 days in advance. (Day tour)

Everything will be subject to availability. We recommend booking in advance to ensure a space.

Our clients must book at least 60 days in advance. Condition for programs excursions that last more than one day. (Programs)



 

Cancellation Policy:

Our clients may cancel at least 24 hours in advance. Otherwise there will be no refund. (Day tour)

Balloon experience must be cancelled at least 7 days in advance. Otherwise there will be no refund.

Our clients may cancel at least 45 days in advance. Otherwise there will be no refund. (Programs)

You may reschedule the Multiday program with at least 30 days notice and subject to availability.

If the client decides to cancel the service due to an extraordinary situation of force majeure and outside the previously established period, the specific case will be evaluated and the client will have to justify the reason. Afterwards, a fair solution will be sought for both parties.



No show:

If the customer does not show up on the day of the service it will be taken as a no show, the client will not be able in any case to ask for a refund.


 

Alternatives:

Although Anclatourchile will make every reasonable effort to provide you with the itinerary and trip details as scheduled, the Company reserves the right to modify itineraries and transportation for any reason.

Anclatourchile reserves the right to refuse to transport any person whose conduct or behavior may offend or annoy other passengers. In such cases, full cancellation charges will apply and the Company shall have no liability to such passenger.

The Agency acts solely as agent for the various independent suppliers providing hotel accommodations, transportation, sightseeing, activities outside of Santiago or other services related to this trip. The Tour Operator's representatives accept no responsibility for any injury, damage, loss, accident, delay or any other incident which may be caused by the negligence, defect or fault of any company or person providing these services. No liability is accepted for expenses of any kind due to sickness, weather conditions, strikes, hostilities, war, terrorist acts, acts of nature, local laws or other similar causes. All services and accommodations are subject to the laws and regulations of the country in which they are provided, i.e. Chile. It is the responsibility of each passenger to take out travel insurance before traveling.


Baggage:

Unless otherwise notified, passengers are limited to one medium sized suitcase/bag (maximum 20 kilos) and one carry-on bag per person. Luggage is carried free of charge.


Weather:

Anclatourchile is not responsible for weather conditions, regardless of the time of year the trip takes place.

If the experience has to be cancelled due to last minute weather problems while on site, 50% of the money paid will be refunded.

The company will have a maximum period of 30 working days to make the respective refund.


Force majeure:

If Anclatourchile should have to cancel the entire trip prior to departure due to unusual or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, then we will refund all money already paid by you, but you will not be entitled to any compensation for the loss of the trip.


Privacy Policy:

The Agency and Tour Operator will retain and maintain customers' personal information to coordinate with suppliers and collaborators associated and authorized exclusively by ANCLATOURCHILE.

The company will never share personal information with unauthorized external parties.

 

The agency agrees not to send messages with promotions or information to customers who do not request it.

The agency and tour operator does not have cookies on the website, this to better protect the data of our customers.
